Make sure right trip, right rider

Are you a driver who is reporting an incident encountered in a past trip? Make sure the right trip is selected. Don't make a mistake reporting the wrong rider and trip. It's unfair to influence good riders, especially when they depend on ridesharing services to get around.

At some point in time, riders are likely to violate the terms and conditions of ridesharing apps. For the most part, bad attitudes and alcohol contribute to poor trip experiences. Unfortunately, drivers may be expected to mediate such cases involving poor riders.

Go back to trip history and select the right rider. The most accurate way to report riders is to use trip ID.  Write a summary of this bad experience so Uber learns of this rider. Given this method, Uber will notate the rider's account and may keep a close eye on their future trips.

Happy ridesharing!
