Wave at clients upon arrival

Ridesharing users are usually positioned at pin drops and/or at inputted pickup addresses. For the most part, ridesharing drivers - on pickups - should see their clients looking down at their phone and scanning the region for their drivers.

A good technique to inform clients that you're on your way is to wave at them. Upon arrival, put your hand up - using a friendly gesture - to signal your presence. Your client will appreciate this effort. It is courteous to identify clients/riders/passengers before they notice their drivers.

Make use of text messages, calling, and waving. With these notifications, drivers can reduce cancellations and speed up the ridesharing process. Most importantly, clients appreciate their drivers for going above and beyond to enhance their ride experience.

Ride on!
