Uber app problem: ETA on header and no client name

How irritating is it for Uber drivers to accept ride requests and not see the name of the client displayed on the top header? It is very frustrating, to say the least. Drivers must perform an extra step to locate the first name of their client.

In the past, the header showed the client's name. With the new addition of ETA (inaccurate times influence cancellations), drivers must click on "info" at the top right of the app to see client names, their rating score and the type of service this ride is under (Uber, UberX, UberXL, UberPool, Uber SUV, Uber Taxi and Uber Black).

Why show the ETA without the name of the client displayed on the main header? Both of these - name and ETA - can be displayed on the header. It is important to include the client name right away so drivers don't have to perform additional operations the moment a client calls to update them with instructions.

The driver must address them by name. In order to locate the client's name, the driver will need to press on the 'info' text. This extra step can be performed on the way to the pickup address, but may take a few seconds to do if the client calls a second after a driver accepts the trip.

It's unprofessional to say "hey" or "what's up" without saying the client's name after these greetings. The first thing a driver must do after accepting a ride is to find out the client's name and remember this on their way to retrieve this rider. Knowing the name is a key element in ridesharing.
